JOB SUMMARY:

Works with Regional Physician leaders to deliver the highest level of Musculoskeletal Care. Provides administrative leadership assistance to the operations of assigned department(s). Responsible for access, development of business and market strategies to improve/grow the clinical program, assures compliance with all regulatory requirements, and executes focused strategies to improve patient and employee satisfaction.

Partners with Physician Director and reports to the Institute Vice President or designee. Provides operational leadership to all departments associated with the leadership responsibility of the partnering Director(s).

Demonstrates advanced business expertise (i.e. Business Plan Development, Budget

Development & Analysis, Market Analysis).

Demonstrates excellent oral and written interpersonal communication skills.

Demonstrates leadership, facilitation, coaching and networking skills.

Demonstrates decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrates a working knowledge of all relevant software for clinical and business

software systems.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in a Healthcare, Business or related field required. Master's degree in Business or related field preferred.

Minimum five years business, supervisory and/or management experience in a healthcare setting required. Physician relations experience required.

Work is typically performed in an office environment.
