Job Summary :
Works with the leadership team of the pediatric service line to plan, coordinate and identify program and fund-raising needs. Functions in a leadership role in regard to the pediatric fund-raising department, providing staff direction.
Works in coordination with the Chief Development Officer of Geisinger Health System Foundation for pediatric fund-raising needs.
Administratively reports to the pediatric service line administrator with an in-direct report to Chief Development Officer of Geisinger Health System Foundation.

Education and or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, business or other related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of eight years of fund-raising experience required including proven managerial experience.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
Work is typically performed in an office environment. Travel is required in meeting and cultivating donor prospects.
