Geisinger Committed Flex Per Diem RN - Central Float Pool (Up to $72/Hourly) in Danville, Pennsylvania

Job Summary

Geisinger's Central Region Float Pool is proud to offer up to $49.85 in hourly pay based on years of working experience, an additional $8.00 - $10.00 in float premium pay, and up to $7 in shift differential pay for evening, night, and weekend shifts! When working in a committed agreement, RNs with the Central Region Float Pool will receive an increase in hourly rate to $55.00 flat, while remaining eligible to receive float premium pay and shift differential pay.

Job Duties

Requirements:

  • Rotating day/night or straight night schedule with rotating weekend shifts

  • Minimum commitment of 24 hours weekly per 6-week unit assignment

  • Availability to work holiday shifts within the assignment period if needed

  • Minimum one year of bedside RN experience

  • Travel nursing experience preferred, but not required
