Job Summary :

Responsible for providing clerical support to for the department. Ensures clerical

activities provide efficiency and organization to the department.

Directly accountable to the Customer Service Team Leader and Manager

Competencies and Skills:

Demonstrates proficiency in general office support such as preparing routine

correspondence, scheduling, data entry and document preparation.

Demonstrates excellent communication skills to include oral, written, audio and electronic communication skills

with a willingness to learn and function in a team environment.

Demonstrates competency in interpersonal/communication and technological effectiveness.

Demonstrates ability to work independently.

Competency in face to face encounters with customer walk ins.

Demonstrates flexibility, organizational and analytical skills.

Demonstrates high regard for confidentiality.

Demonstrates familiarity with office equipment usage, basic navigation in a windows

environment, and passwords and security. Accesses the Infoweb and internet, uses basic

browser functionality, and understands policy on Internet usage.

Demonstrates the ability to compose, send and read emails, understands email functionality and conventions

related to replying.

Education and or Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Minimum 6 months office support experience required

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

Work is typically performed in an office environment.
